CSR/Order Entry

We are searching for a CSR/Order Entry to work for an exciting outdoor company in Odessa, FL.

In this position you need to be confident to get invoicing correct and handle customers with outstanding service.

Job Duties:

• Answer Phones
• File documents
• Doing data entry, reviewing spreadsheets, changing dates in the system, contacting clients about orders
• Willing to be a back up in the office
• Handle invoices
• Other office duties

Requirements:

• Must have good phone etiquette
• Some Excel and word with typing accuracy.
• Can do invoicing
• Data Entry
