Manufacturing company in need of a Customer Service Representative to join our office staff. Detail oriented positions.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Obtaining customers information and specifications for entering orders into system
- Verifying customer and order information for correctness
- Submitting entered orders for review
- Correcting mistakes on entered orders if any are found
- Communication with customers via telephone and email
- Answering phones
- Addressing/resolving customer concerns
- Providing information about products and services
- Assisting in other capacities as requested
