Responsibilities:
- Enter orders into the system accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and update customer databases with current information
- Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Collect data from various sources and input it into the appropriate systems
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including answering phone calls and responding to emails. Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Transcribe information from handwritten or recorded sources into digital formats
Skills:
- Strong customer service
- Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in working with databases and data entry systems
- Excellent clerical skills, including attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to computerize information quickly and efficiently
- Knowledge of file management systems and best practices
- Administrative skills to handle various office tasks
- Ability to transcribe information accurately from different sources
- Proficient in data entry techniques and software applications
- Familiarity with pivot tables for data analysis
