Gator Cases is a Tampa based company with a large distribution and manufacturing center in Columbia City, Indiana. Gator also has key manufacturing partners throughout China, and other regions around the world.

JOB DESCRIPTION
This Order Entry professional will be a key player in how quickly we are able to ship orders to customers, as well as the accuracy of those orders. Data Entry is responsible for entering sales orders into our system and maintaining customer accounts. A keen eye for detail and a high-quality of work at a fast pace is essential for success in this role. This is a full-time position. Monday through Friday from 9am – 6pm.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Data Entry/Sales Order Entry
- Applying promotional discounts
- Quoting shipping costs
- Creating and updating custom Excel files
- Entering and maintaining orders from B2B websites
- Maintenance of reports and customer accounts
- Other administrative duties as assigned

- Sharp attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy, including Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to independently perform research
- Be able to proactively identify problems, issues, and give recommendations
- Strong organization, time management, and follow-through skills
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Data Entry experience
- Order processing experience
- Experience in the music industry/product knowledge
