Position Summary:

The Order Entry Specialist is part of the Sales & Customer Service Team. This role contributes to the success of the company by developing and optimizing partnerships with sales managers, business partners, and other support departments through exceptional, solution-oriented service. The Specialist supports our vision by processing all sample orders, assisting with inquiries regarding samples, and follow through.

Additional Information:

• This is a permanent, full-time hourly position
• Our headquarters Office is located at 7630 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33138
• This role participates in our hybrid schedule
• Hybrid Schedule: Monday & Friday; 2 days working remotely. Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday; 3 days working in the headquarters office.

Major Duties Include:

• Demonstrates high energy and ownership toward supporting the Field Sales Managers, Sales Reps, and Distributors
• Resolves any issues in a timely manner as it relates to sample requests and inquiries
• Accurately processes samples in the ERP software for Field Sales Managers, Sales Reps, and Distributors
• Follow up on sample requests submitted by email, fax, and the FOH® CRM platform
• Updates sample requests on the FOH® CRM platform
• Available for phone calls from the general queue, providing excellent customer service and information regarding samples (e.g., inventory levels, pricing, product information, etc.)
• Responds to all communications and inquiries within 2-4 hours
• Works in tandem with other team members to ensure business efficiencies and results
• Records personal daily punches and approves accurate bi-weekly time and attendance records
• Actively participates and engages in all one-on-one and group meetings
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Promotes our FOH® Culture in all interactions

Education, Experience & Computer Skills:

• College degree preferred
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in customer service in an office environment, call center, or hospitality industry
• Proficient in all Microsoft Applications, Outlook and Excel
• Familiar with ERP system, SAP Business One preferred
• Familiar with CRM, HubSpot preferred
