Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Order-entry clerk. As a Receptionist/Order-entry clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders. This is a clerical position that requires strong administrative and data entry skills.
Responsibilities:
- Enter order information into databases and maintain updated records
-Greet customers as they enter the office
-Screen calls
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer systems
- Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
