Arbor View Oral & Facial Surgery is seeking an experienced individual to join our team! Those with experience in dental office customer service, Dental Insurance coordination, scheduling & reception are highly encouraged to apply. Full-time and career-oriented candidates are highly desired!
Office hours are Monday 9-4, Wednesday-Friday 830am-4pm and biweekly Saturdays 730am-Noon (rotating with fellow staff, roughly 1 weekend a month usually per staff). 35-40 hours / week can be anticipated.
Compensation will be hourly and based on experience. Holiday & Vacation pay begin after a probation period of 6 months.

We are placing high value in professional-natured candidates with experience in the dental, medical and/or Oral Surgery field with billing, coding, insurance and scheduling.
Front Office as an Insurance Coordinator responsibilities can include:
* Reception, scheduling & appointment coordination
* Dental Insurance Insurance Coordination
* Treatment Plan & Financing Presentation
* Administrative general duties
