Front Office Coordinator

Front Office Coordinator for Bi-State Oral and Facial Surgery . Our dynamic office is looking for a positive, energetic, and self-motivated individual to help assist the doctor with serving the community and surrounding communities with the highest quality and standards of patient care and comfort. Front Office Coordinator Primary responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining appearance and order of oral surgery office, patient scheduling, and patient management The job duties include greeting patients, answer telephones, respond to and send faxes, gather information from patients upon patients' arrival by having them fill out forms, conduct patient insurance verifications, schedule and confirm appointments, receive patient payments, record them in a database, and provide receipts to patients Personal Requirements: Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent 2-5 years of billing and collections experience encouraged but not required Working knowledge of computers for Microsoft Office, scheduling, insurance claims processing and records management a plus. Hours: Full-Time 30-40 hours per week. Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Benefits and Salary: Compensation commensurate with experience. Full benefits
