Position: Full-time
Hours: Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 4:30pm and Fridays 7:30am to 3:30pm.
Job Responsibilities will include:

Job Responsibilities will include:
- Processing charges for treatment in computer software
- Double checking all charges entered by Clinical Staff are correct prior to processing
- Reviewing treatment plans and collecting money for procedures from patients at the end of their visit.
- Calculating insurance benefits for patient treatment.
- Post cash, check and credit card payments received over the counter into practice software
- Balance daily charges and maintain Monthly Balancing Report
- Monitor and disseminate incoming faxes
- Generate and disseminate Thank You letters to referring doctors via mail, email or internet software
- Internal marketing of practice: Leave our patients with a positive image of our office after their treatment.
- Helping with overflow telephone calls.
- Making appointments.
- Helping to greet and check in patients on occasion
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
