Envision Commercial Cleaningis looking to hire an Operations Manager to perform a wide variety of tasks related to the support of our client and team member relationships. This individual will be responsible for tasks including, but not limited to:
- Cleaning commercial facilities independently or in partnership with other team members
- Training new team members
- Resolving client service issues & request
- Helping motivate and improve team member performance
- Auditing client facilities to identify any potential service deficiencies
- Filling in for short-term and/or immediate staffing shortcomings
- Meet with clients to identify, address, and resolve issues or shortcomings.

Qualifications include:
- Experience in the cleaning industry is required
- You must be able to pass a background check
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with the ability to be approved for our automobile insurance
- Experience managing or training others
- Experience in a customer service/client-facing environment
- Must be willing to be on call and take action whenever necessary to fulfill the obligations of our organization.
- Must be able to work Second Shift
