We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk to join our busy organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of accounts receivable, including customer billing and payments. The candidate will be detail oriented and possess strong attention to detail. The successful individual will have previous experience in excel, word, quickbooks, and receiveables software.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service.
- Organize work.
- Prioritize workload.
- Balance accounts receivables.
- Conform to filing protocol.
- Use a computer to create spreadsheets and reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
