The Senior Manager, Site Operations for Lane Bryant will oversee and manage the timely execution and accuracy of all online content, artwork, and promotional programs on the site. Leading the operations team, your role involves ensuring that all updates to the site are implemented according to schedule and with precise information regarding online features, functions, and shopper behavior.

Mentor and lead the operations team, fostering personal growth, engagement, and dedication to the Lane Bryant brand.
Collaborate with the SEO and Merchandising teams to manage ongoing content initiatives.
Spearhead innovative projects within Operations, driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
Leverage a deep understanding of promotion technologies and business needs to partner with IT and the promo team on current and future capabilities.
Manage merchandise operations, product content, and categorization as the liaison to merchandising.
Collaborate with various teams on promo cadence and plans, and act as a catalyst for business decision-making.
Serve as the single point of contact with IT for site continuity and business operations.
Provide Level 2 support to the customer service team and effectively triage site issues with key stakeholders.
Utilize Site Operations analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and Quantum Metrics.
Perform and approve UAT for all site AB tests and IT sprint release feature functionality.
Ensure understanding and testing of user experience and functional requirements.
Oversee implementation and resolution of site analytics tagging and marketing capabilities.
YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or IT preferred.
6+ years of progressive, relevant Ecommerce experience with at least 3 years’ experience in leading a team.
Demonstrated leadership skills as an initiative-taker and the ability to develop and lead a team in a high growth, dynamic environment.
Proven ability to lead, influence and drive results with team and business partners.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to details, at both strategic and executional levels.
Keen sense of ‘brand’ and customer experience.
Depth of understanding of both marketing and analytics driven site development needs.
Knowledge and fluency of website platform technologies, HTML and CSS and with website testing tools like Browserstack.
Ability to lead operations with an innovation and growth mindset.
