Job Description:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? Fun Way Amusement Park is seeking a talented and dedicated Amusement ParkOperations Manager to join our team. As the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the park, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Hiring and Staffing/Scheduing staff
- Manage all aspects of daily park operations, including ride maintenance, guest services, and facility upkeep.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests and employees.
- Coordinate with department supervisors to schedule staffing, manage labor costs, and optimize efficiency.
- Oversee training programs for staff members to ensure compliance with safety regulations and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and evaluate park operations to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to support overall park objectives and initiatives.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries, concerns, and emergencies to ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Amusement Park management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Proven track record of managing operational budgets and achieving financial targets.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the Amusement Park industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
