Manager in Training

Job Description:

Holliday Rock, Co. is looking for an upcoming college graduate to join our first ever Manager in Training rotational program. As a Manager in Training (MIT), you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to develop your leadership skills and provide a deep understanding of our operations. You will be given hands on experience to our yard operations and order taking, to our sales and lab operations. The goal is to prepare you for a leadership role in our organization by imparting knowledge, fostering critical thinking, and cultivating effective management techniques.

The Program:

The program will kick off in June, 2024! The program will take you around 72 months to complete. You will start in our office, work your way through safety, order taking, the field, plant operations, the lab, and so much more. At the end of the program, you will be tasked to complete a project designed for you based off of the strengths demonstrated

Qualifications:

·         Graduating senior (expected May 2024) obtaining bachelor’s degree

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·         Demonstrated leadership potential

·         Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems

·         Eagerness to learn and proactive attitude

·         Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

·         Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
