What to expect in this role:

You’ll work closely with the Nurse Manager and Director, and serve in both a clinical and management role, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, standards and regulatory requirements. You will assist in hiring, training, conduct performance evaluations, facilitate ongoing education, assist in developing and implementing policies, coordinate with other departments such as anesthesia, sterile processing and supply chain, and participate in performance improvement initiatives.

You may be the perfect fit if you:

· Have graduated from an accredited school of nursing. BSN required.

· Possess RN licensure in the state of Michigan.

· Experience as a perioperative RN with at least two (2) years of experience.

· Can communicate effectively with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

· Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39.00 - $45.00 per hour
