Operations Coordinator Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Minimum of High School Diploma Required
• Previous experience working as an administrative assistant required, experience medical practice, therapy practice, dental practice or similar
• Must possess prior management experience
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively using both written and verbal skills
• Manage daily operations of ABA center
• Communicate with clinical and administrative team members to oversee patient experience

Operations Coordinator Schedule & Benefits:

• Full Time Hours - Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Weekends not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
