Opportunity
As a member of our Operations team, the successful candidate will communicate with clients, efficiently dispatch assignments to our fleet, support professional driver coworkers, and monitor shipments in transit. Ensure adherence to strict quality, safety, and security protocols for each shipment. This role involves 3 predictable twelve-hour (12hr) shifts per week on 3rd Shift for a total of 36 hours/week, with some opportunity for overtime.


Responsibilities:

· Schedule and dispatch professional teams, coordinating shipments with customers.

· Guide drivers through procedures at shipper and receiver facilities.

· Arrange delivery appointments and address scheduling inquiries.

· Coordinate Canadian shipments and collaborate with customs brokers.

· Coordinate breakdown repairs.

· Perform business responsibilities during designated hours, including communications and emergencies.

· Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations and protocols.

· Perform additional duties as assigned by management.



Requirements:


· 3-5 years of military and/or transportation experience, or equivalent education

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office

· Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills

· Eligible for US government security clearance (US Citizenship Required)

· Awareness of corporate culture and public image

· Ability to collaborate across departments

· Strong decision-making in fast-paced environments

· Superior time management and attention to detail

· Effective communication with colleagues and customers

· Proficient in multitasking
