- Partner across the organization to address specific requests, while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Complete coordination of new hire onboarding for new hire employees and/or internal transferred employees, included but not limited to setting up new hire sessions with department leaders, working closely with IT for software access, tracking of equipment, sending out induction kits, ensuring all new hires are compliant, etc.
- Provide support to the People Operations function and be a main point of contact for employees for people related matters (including but not limited to reviewing I-9 documentation, answering general questions regarding payroll, benefits, PTO, leave of absence, and policies).
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, IT, Payroll and Benefits to address issues or concerns related to new hires.
- Review/audit programs, processes and data, identify opportunities to drive efficiencies, enhance the employee experience, and implement solutions while understanding downstream impact.
- Ensuring all people critical administrative transactions are accurate and handled in a timely and compliant manner; escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure a best-in-class onboarding process for new joiners.
- Gather feedback from new hires and leaders to design and implement new changes to the onboarding experience.
- Gather and analyze data from People Ops metrics and manage necessary action.
- Assist with HR projects and assignments as requested by manager.

Min/Preferred Education Level Description
Preferred 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Information systems, HR management, or related field.
