Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team. The Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of our organization, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and executing of daily office activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Assist in maintaining office cleanliness and organization, including ordering and organizing supplies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage calendars for office staff.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management tasks.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members as needed.
- Assist with planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, and company events.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and project management tools is a plus.
