Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. This is a dynamic and fast-paced position that requires strong administrative and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the operations team
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service at the front desk
- Type, transcribe, and file documents as needed
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling
- Familiarity with front desk operations is a plus
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute is preferred
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain filing systems

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
