Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all clinical operations, including patient care services, medical operations, and billing.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, improve patient care, and optimize financial performance.
• Oversee the capital planning and budgeting process, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals and financial objectives.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders and physicians to develop and implement best practices in patient care, clinical operations, and medical billing.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including DPH and hospital accreditation standards.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of the Epic clinical information system, driving improvements in clinical workflows and patient care.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with the executive team to set the strategic direction of the organization, making key decisions on clinical operations, capital planning, and financial performance.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (MHA, MBA, MPH, MD, DO) is required.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an acute care hospital.
• Proven track record of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and financial acumen.
• Deep understanding of clinical operations, patient care, and medical billing.
• Experience with the Epic clinical information system is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including DPH and hospital accreditation standards.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a complex and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clinical leaders, physicians, and other stakeholders.
