Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operation Associate to join our team. The Operation Associate will provide administrative support and assist in the day-to-day operations of the company. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Transcribe meeting notes and distribute to relevant parties
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Perform various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents
- Utilize software such as Microsoft Office.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Act as a personal assistant to executives when needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or operational role preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Familiarity with software such as Microsoft Office
- Strong typing skills and ability to file documents accurately
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Day shift
- Holidays
