TruStage awards and recognition
This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Financial Operations unit. This position processes tasks, prepares supporting documentation, reconciles transactions, and investigates financial outliers related to daily Plan Administration. This position also provides support leveraging specialized knowledge in financial operations.
The Specialist possesses detailed knowledge and/or skill on a particular subject or activity. Their talents are devoted to a particular business focus, and they provide guidance, technical leadership, and integral support to other operational staff. Provides objective feedback and implements solutions that align with key business strategies and initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Developed specialized skills or is multi-skilled developed through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience.
- Completes work with a limited degree of supervision, identifying opportunities for improvements to basic processes within own team.
- Supports the initiatives of the Manager and Consultants to the best of their ability.
- Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.

Job Requirements:
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, analytical and organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical information

- Ability to take initiative, work independently and as part of a team, prioritize a high volume of work to meet deadlines and meet service level standards

Base Salary Range:
$43,700.00 - $65,500.00
