Order Processing Specialist, Software Operations

As an Order Processing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to exercise your problem-solving skills whether its processing and troubleshooting fulfillment orders, reconciling price and invoice issues, or placing orders with 3rd party suppliers. If you like working with others, you ll enjoy the cross-functional nature of this role as the connector between our group and the Product Managers, functional teams, 3rd party suppliers, and IT.

This role reports to the Manager, Software Operations, Software & Control
What you will be doing:
" Ensure no production stoppages in fulfillment and delivery of software by processing and troubleshooting orders as well as placing orders with 3rd party suppliers.
" Ensure all transactions close out properly and timely.
" Reconcile 3rd party supplier invoices.
" Partner with buyer to set up 3rd party pricing.
" Comprehensively and timely communicate with customers, stakeholders, and teammates.
" Take ownership and consistently move problems towards resolution even when encountering obstacles and uncertain conditions.
" Participate in user acceptance testing.

Required Qualifications:
" Associates degree in Business or equivalent experience
" 4+ years of experience with SAP
Preferred Qualifications:
" Problem-solving skills; capable of understanding the big picture and seeing a problem through to the end by seeking out and recruiting the necessary resources to identify the root cause(s) and lead the corrective actions.
" Understanding of how sourcing, pricing, invoicing, and fulfillment activities work / flow through SAP.
" Strong business acumen and working knowledge of accounting principles.
" Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt or Green Belt).
" Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel including vlookups, PowerPoint, Word, One Note) and SharePoint.

" Proficient in Microsoft applications:
o Excel. VLOOKUP and overcoming errors/ issues with formula, formatting, and data.
o Outlook. Manage personal and team mailbox. Manage emails with multiple recipients and replies and respond to the correct message in a timely manner.
o OneNote. Confident adding & editing information in this shared workspace. Be able to create new OneNote and keep it updated.
o SharePoint. Confident adding & editing information in this shared workspace. Be able to create new list and keep it updated.
o Teams. Confident adding & editing information in this shared workspace. Be able to post information and files, keep posted information updated, and quickly navigate to needed information.
" Working knowledge of Power BI. Be able to navigate multiple workspaces to find correct report and then download and analyze data.
" Working knowledge of Salesforce.
