Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Coordinate and schedule appointments
- Provide receptionist duties, including answering phone calls and greeting visitors
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and customer service principles
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
