Job Description

We are seeking a Full-time Office Warehouse / Admin position. This position will include maintaining the warehouse and performing office administrative work. Working in the warehouse will consist of ordering materials, keeping inventory, lifting up to 100 pounds, responsible for shipments and deliveries, and keeping the warehouse well organized and easily accessible. Along with working in the warehouse, the position will include office administrative work such as making outbound/ inbound calls, performing data entry, scheduling customers for programs, and assisting with walk-in customers and other administrative duties related to our other programs. This position is full-time working 40 hours a week.

• Ordering / maintaining inventory
  
• Keeping a warehouse organized and stocked with materials
• Lifting up to 100 pounds
• Standing and moving for long periods of time
• Vehicle Maintenance
• Customer service
• Outbound/ inbound calling
• Data Entry
• Scheduling customers for programs
• Assisting with answering mainline
• Assisting with walk-in customers
  

Skills/ Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED
• Valid Drivers License 
• Prior Experience working in a Warehouse is a plus
• Prior experience working in a call center is a plus
• Bilingual
• Lifting up to 100 pounds
