As a Warehouse and Office Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations of both our Warehouse and Office environments.Responsibilities include performing various tasks to uphold the efficiency of the Warehouse and Office spaces. This physically demanding position demands keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Must be able to lift to 50lbs unassisted- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory item
• Process all daily driver paperwork
• Help answer phone calls and emails
• Assist management with various other duties as needed
• Handling shipping and receiving paperwork
• Attention to detail and organizational solid expertise
• Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills

Experience:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Skills:

• Customer service: Ability to provide friendly and helpful service to customers or colleagues
• Proofreading: Strong attention to detail in reviewing documents for errors or inconsistencies
• Clerical: Basic administrative skills such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
• Typing: Proficiency in typing accurately and efficiently
• Phone systems: Familiarity with operating multi-line phone systems
• Office: Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment usage
• Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite), data entry and math skill
• A positive and professional attitude, regardless of the task at hand)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
