Your role at LEHR will keep our communities safe and allow our first responders to do their jobs well. We are looking for a Warehouse/Office Associate to join our team in this vital role for our Sacramento warehouse.
Our growing business seeks an individual who takes initiative, is responsible, organized, and is a team player.  The position requires basic computer skills, the ability to perform manual labor, the ability to multi-task, excellent communication, a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable warehouse environment: heated and cooled.
Schedule
Full Time, Non-Exempt     Monday – Friday 7:00 A.M. – 3:30 P.M. 
Hours may vary based on the needs of the business.
Compensation
$19- $20 Based on experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide general office/administrative support – Data Entry and Filing
• Perform manual labor including but not limited to, assisting in upkeep of the warehouse (i.e.re-spool wires, loading/unloading trucks, restocking shelves
• Maintain inventory and supplies
• Receive and enter receipt of merchandise
• Run errands (i.e. customer deliveries and pick-up of supplies from vendors)
• Work occasionally with Business Partners and Vendors
• Manage multiple projects at one time in an efficient and timely manner
• Work independently and productively while maintaining open communication with others
• Punctual and ability to consistently work assigned daily schedule
• Maintain incoming and outgoing vehicle inventory and inspections
• Communicate effectively with the Manager
• Perform other duties as assigned or otherwise identified

Attributes of a Strong Candidate
No experience is required! 

• High school diploma or an equivalent
• Basic knowledge and computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced office and warehouse environment
• Capacity to work independently and with others
• High attention to detail
• Physically able to sit, stand, move, squat, walk, and climb during shift
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Organized and able to restock items efficiently
• Ability to follow health and safety procedures
• Must possess a valid driver’s license 
• Must be able to pass Drug test, Criminal and DMV background check
