Pay: $32.33 per hour
Schedule: Full time, 7:00 am 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Essential Duties:
Plan, organize, implement and supervise the preparation of specifications for commodities and equipment.
Prepare purchase orders and other procurement documentation.
Coordinate the preparation of emergency and spot requisition requests for local purchase of items.
Inspect all incoming shipments to ensure required specifications are met.
Maintain perpetual inventory controls through established systems including computerized programs.
Coordinate the receipt, storage, and issue of warehouse items.
Keep accountability of tool entering the facility and exiting the facility.
Maintain inventory of chemicals used for detainees dormitory cleaning program.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent (GED) required.
Three (3) years experience in inventory, stock control, record keeping or purchasing required.
Experience in automated computer systems and computer proficiency required.
Experience in maintaining accountability of tools or tool control in a secured environment preferred.
A valid drivers license in the state of California with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management.
Must successfully complete annual in-service training requirements and maintain appropriate facility security clearance.
