We are looking or dependable, and professional office help.
Responsibilities:
- Put together and process paperwork.
- Check paperwork for accuracy, and mistakes.
- Delegate tasks to your virtual assistant. (Helps if you're good with zoom)
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Perform order entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide clerical support to various departments
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Utilize Google Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
Requirements:
- Office Experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
