POSITION – Secretary/Office Assistant
LOCATION – 1 Blue Hill Plaza, 3rd Fl, Pearl River, NY 10965 (Regional Office-Rockland Cty)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess 5 years comparable experience as a secretary or office assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Able to attend job meetings and prepare accurate minutes, draft correspondence for review, create simple calculating spreadsheets and print out reports as required.
- Must have excellent telephone skills and be able to implement office procedures.
- Prior Construction experience is a plus.
