We are seeking a Chiropractic Office Secretary to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate staff members
- Greeting and assisting visitors and clients
- Managing and organizing office files and documents
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience working in an office setting is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented attitude
-Bilingual applicants preferred (English/Spanish)
