We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Secretary to join our team. The Office Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing front desk operations, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. ```Responsibilities:```
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform general clerical duties, such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with event planning and coordination
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Note: Experience as a personal assistant, medical receptionist, or in a similar role is a plus.
