Office Aide/ Personal Secretary forNew Company ( Home Building)
Duties:
-Must have some experience or knowledge of real estate /property searches/permits Home building etc.( a plus)
-Fast learner,"self motivated, self starter and able to multitask" (with your own office )
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
- Assist with data entry and order entry tasks
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Transcribe and file important information
- Provide general clerical support as needed
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in proofreading documents for errors and inconsistencies
- Data entry experience with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with order entry processes and systems
- Ability to file documents accurately and maintain an organized filing system
- Basic transcription skills to accurately record important information
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Front desk experience is a plus. real estate exp. helpful
