Job Responsibilities
-Ensure efficient administration of the front desk- answering all inquiries in a timely manner, managing appointments, catering to customer needs while adhering to school's policies and procedures, keeping the school in a clean and working order
-Accept payment for lessons and products
-Contribute to organizational planning for various events throughout the year, including bi-annual music recitals

Leadership: Proven ability that demonstrates professionalism, creates a positive and welcoming work environment while remaining alert to potential concerns
Customer Service: Provide effective solutions and follow-up with current and potential customers
Computer Skills: proficiency with Gmail and Mindbody (this software can be taught during training)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 21 per week
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Office administration: 2 years (Required)
- Front desk receptionist: 2 years (Required)
