· Providing information to callers and customers
· Greeting customers upon entering the shop and providing exceptional customer service.
· Tidy and maintain the reception area
· Receive and sort mail and deliveries
· Prepare correspondence and documents
· Check for new insurance assignments and follow up with customers.
· Assisting customers with signing in (checking in and checking out)
· Attach all documents and documenting files promptly.
· Going to the post office
· Making sure the lobby and coffee station are clean.
· Follow up calls for missed repair appointments from previous day.
· Posting all payments.
· Creating file for towed in vehicles.
· Following up with insurances claims.
· Preparing authorizations and CARDS for the following week.
· Updating Hertz and Enterprise for rental purposes.
· Checking voicemail and following up.
· Answering phones calls/disperse call to appropriate party.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
