Who You Are
The Office Operations Managerwill lead a small administrative and executive assistant team, overseeing and maintaining operations for our office locations and ensuring successful project completion.
You’ll have a hands-on approach and collaborate with internal team members as well as external vendors to ensure excellent day-to-day operations and efficient office function. You’ll ensure all locations are kept well stocked and in pristine condition.
What You'll Do
- Manage Office Operations and executive assistant staff and facilitate the efficient operation of the organization
- Maintain filing systems and inventory of needed items at each location to ensure timely replacement
- Respond to and resolve various administrative and office related inquiries
- Help maintain the cleanliness of all interior and exterior spaces
- Oversee contractors and vendors, including reception and mail services
- Conduct regular touch bases and performance assessments for team members
- Undertake other duties or special projects as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. delivery or pick up of certain items, moving items within or between different locations, assisting in special events, etc.)
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Office Operations
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- Prior project management experience
- Experience leading a team of administrative or Office Operations staff
- Superior budget management, vendor negotiations, and cost control proficiency
- Solutions oriented mindset and ability to problem solve
- Excellent communication skills

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
