The Strategy and Operations team in the Office of the CEO shapes the strategy and operating rhythm of Moloco, enabling our business to continue to grow and scale. We lead strategy engagements with our CEO and his leadership team, oversee the business cadence (e.g., strategic planning, leadership forums), and roll up our sleeves to deliver against the most emergent companies priorities.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?
- Deep Ads experience - comprehensive understanding of the broader ads ecosystem, including advertisers, publishers and adtech platforms
- 8+ years of experience
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strategy experience - management consulting and/or corporate strategy function
- Experience managing and executing strategic programs.
- You're comfortable developing and implementing corporate strategy while working with executive level stakeholders
- Ownership and passion for continuous growth and creating impact
