We are a startup seeking a smart and enthusiastic professional to join our team.
We are a startup lender (called F2 Finance), focused on the short-term residential ‘fix & flip’ bridging finance market in the US. We have substantial capital available for growth and want to build our team with great people!
You will be involved in various aspects of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is currently working in private lending, mortgage or real estate brokerage, property management, or a PA/EA position but wants more!
We are a direct / hard money mortgage lender working to disrupt the old ways of finance! We are a fast-growing business and we want someone who is happy to get their hands dirty with whatever the day requires.
You will be involved with things like:
- managing in-bound leads, and making sure that they are qualified and then entered into our CRM databases;
- take ownership and responsibility for managing our internal Loan Management System; including setting up borrowers and loan details; drafting Letters of Offer for prospective borrowers; and monitoring the collection of interest payments etc;
- organizing welcome packs for new investors, borrowers, or brokers that we do business with. Ensuring that our company presents well at all times, and that our customers feel that they have a point of contact within the firm that can help them.
- you will be key in helping us develop good working relationships with our borrowers, introducers and investors;
- help manage and monitor social media and online industry forums, to assist with growing our community of customers, including managing email marketing lists and campaigns;
You may also be asked to assist with general EA work including:
- helping organize and manage our small office (from greeting visitors, collecting and organizing the mail, answering the phones, and generally being the 'front of house') for the firm;
- general diary management for the CEO and others in the business;
- organizing travel (both domestic and international) and scheduling around these trips (including organizing accommodation, car pick-ups, and the meeting schedule while away);
- helping organize our growing team (and helping them with their day)
The right candidate will be given a platform to expand their skills and become a key part of our business over time.
Please note that this is primarily an office-based role from our offices in Santa Monica, CA.
