The Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations Team
As part of Okta's Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations group, the Planning & Analytics team drives insight and scale within the field organization. We oversee the analytics that enable our leaders to make data-driven decisions and lay the groundwork for an integrated financial and operational plan.
The Manager, GTM Planning & Analytics Opportunity
The Manager, GTM Planning & Analytics will be close to the company's most critical performance data and develop a keen understanding of how Okta acquires revenue. You'll partner with senior stakeholders across Product Strategy, Product Marketing, Business Operations, and GTM teams to provide them with data & insights to drive product growth and adoption.
What you'll be doing
- Utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making processes and answer key business questions related to product strategy and marketing
- Monitor key business metrics, initiate and perform deep dives where required and alert business to challenges and opportunities
- Collaborate with product strategy to size new product opportunities and support the entire product lifecycle
- Become an expert on how our data is captured as well as how it ties to underlying business processes.
What you'll bring to the role
- 6+ years working in an operational and analytical capacity
- Endless curiosity and a need to dive deeper for understanding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivation, with the desire and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with Tableau or other analysis/BI tools

Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
