Schilling Supply Company is currently seeking applicants for Office Manager. This position will direct and oversee all HR functions including payroll, monitor general ledger accounts, and manage direct reports. Qualified candidates must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills. This position will be based out of our La Crosse, WI office. This position is involved with all areas of the company and can have a of variation in day to day tasks. Position Responsibilities include: Oversee and direct all human resource functions, Set and enforces company policy, Hire and train new employees, monitor general ledger activity (including auditing and reconciling accounts), ensure direct reports & team members have the tools to complete their duties, and work closely with all internal departments to ensure we are meeting and exceeding our customer's expectations.
Qualifications:
· Good working knowledge of Accounting & HR functions
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Must work well with others in a team environment
· Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
· Candidate must be able to multi-task
· Minimum Associates degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related business field preferred, 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
