```Duties```
- Excel is a must. (Formulas, etc.)
~ Assist Sales with Landed Costs Matrix, Customer Quotes, etc.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with order placement, and tracking
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with customer complaints to get resolved ASAP
```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars and schedules
- Proficient in basic clerical tasks such as filing and data entry
- Ability to work well in a team environment and manage team members as needed
