SalaryThe Office Manager is responsible for day-to-day accounting duties for the dealership as well as overseeing the title clerk and their daily responsibilities. The position requires a person with bookkeeping knowledge, some accounting and willingness to learn new techniques. Also, excellent computer skills are a must. The position has the potential to turn into full-time in the future.
Powersports Office Manager -
Daily Duties
- Prepare daily deposits.
- Review deal and applicable loan information.
- Prepare payments for trade-in payoffs.
- Prepare DMV paperwork
Weekly Duties
- Submit payments for accounts payable vendors.
- Close deals once all information is verified.
Monthly Duties
- Finalize parts receiving tickets and match with parts vendor statements.
- Review credit card receipts.
- Order and monitor DMV supplies.
- Reconcile spreadsheets.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
