**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager (Operating Officer) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our two clinics. As the Operating Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks, optimizing workflow, and ensuring the overall efficiency of our practice. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in healthcare administration and a passion for Mental Health.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of both clinics in Agoura Hills and Encino.
- Streamline administrative processes to enhance overall clinic efficiency.
- Oversee staff scheduling, ensuring appropriate coverage and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to maintain a cohesive and positive work environment.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
- Liaise with external vendors, ensuring the procurement of necessary supplies and services.
- Act as a point of contact for regulatory compliance and accreditation requirements.
- Implement and maintain electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in healthcare operations or management, preferably in a Mental Health or psychiatric setting.
- Familiarity with Mental Health treatments, such as Ketamine, Spravato, and TMS.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in EHR systems and other healthcare management software.
