Front Office Manager
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office, including managing phone systems and ensuring efficient communication.
- Provide exceptional guest relations by greeting and assisting guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Train and supervise Front Office staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and deliver excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Assist in budget planning and control expenses within the Front Office department.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and staff.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment.
- Knowledge of reservation systems and hotel management software is a plus.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in record keeping.
