Job Description:
We are looking for a HR/Office Manager to support the company's rapidly growing business. We are currently looking for someone who has the uncanny ability to always know where they are needed, can identify and implement process improvements, and can effectively work cross-functionally with other teams.
Job Duties:
Being the main point of contact on all HR-related matters. Handling employee evaluations, discipline notifications, reminders of noncompliance with employee handbook or established procedures. Screening applicants for open positions, interviewing and making a hiring decision along with our President and Chairman. Onboarding new employees, providing assistance and coaching. Updating our employee records and managing the office.

- Master's Degree; Bachelors
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR/Office Management
Operations: Provide oversight to Office Staff. Send out office/HR-related memorandas as appropriate, and help implement, document and execute process improvements.
