Job Description
We are seeking a Medical Practice Manager to become a part of our team! You will coordinate medical and support staff to optimize efficiency and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of medical and health service activities and personnel
- Plan and coordinate health services
- Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs
- Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety and daily workflow
- Along with supervising, the manager is expected to also work alongside the support staff as needed
- Support & oversee TMS brain stimulation, ketamine technicians, and do other specialized work such as credentialing, interviewing and hiring, HR and billing issues.
- Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience at least 3-5 years in healthcare or other medical fields
- Proven experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Typing by touch
- Up to date vaccinations, complies with safety procedures
- Mature, responsible, quick learner, energetic
- Good phone skills, takes initiative, intuitive, good with patients
- Lives within driving distance of Ladera Ranch

Advanced TMS center, a private upscale group serving OC for over 30 years, needs a long-term working Medical Office Supervisor or Medical Office Manager.
