Medical Practice Manager

We are seeking a Medical Practice Manager to become a part of our team! You will coordinate medical and support staff to optimize efficiency and growth. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of medical and health service activities and personnel
• Plan and coordinate health services
• Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs
• Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety and daily workflow
• Along with supervising, the manager is expected to also work alongside the support staff as needed
• Support & oversee TMS brain stimulation, ketamine technicians, and do other specialized work such as credentialing, interviewing and hiring, HR and billing issues.
• Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience at least 3-5 years in healthcare or other medical fields
• Proven experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Typing by touch
• Up to date vaccinations, complies with safety procedures
• Mature, responsible, quick learner, energetic
• Good phone skills, takes initiative, intuitive, good with patients
• Lives within driving distance of Ladera Ranch

Practice Description:

Advanced TMS center, a private upscale group serving OC for over 30 years, needs a long-term working Medical Office Supervisor or Medical Office Manager. Experience is required and a 2 year college degree or better is preferred. If you are a leader instead of a follower, this job with a very high level of responsibility, is for you!
