Office Manager

Keystone RV Company is a travel trailer manufacturing company in Pendleton, Oregon. We are looking for an Office Manager to manage our front desk and assist multiple departments with a variety of administrative tasks. Our ideal Office Manager is people-oriented with a pleasant personality, a strong work ethic and communication skills.

Office Manager duties include:

• Welcome guests at front office as they arrive
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Order office supplies and keep supplies well stocked
• Assist with new employee hiring process
• Assist HR team with collecting and filing necessary documentation
• Assist HR team with COVID-19 protocols and safety measure
• Assist our Indiana payroll location with weekly payroll processing and documentation
• Communicate with Plant Managers

Required Skills & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent,
• Excel and Microsoft Office experience a plus
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Prior office experience in reception, payroll, HR or similar role helpful
• Bilingual a plus
