Keystone RV Company is a travel trailer manufacturing company in Pendleton, Oregon. We are looking for an Office Manager to manage our front desk and assist multiple departments with a variety of administrative tasks. Our ideal Office Manager is people-oriented with a pleasant personality, a strong work ethic and communication skills.
Office Manager duties include:
- Welcome guests at front office as they arrive
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Order office supplies and keep supplies well stocked
- Assist with new employee hiring process
- Assist HR team with collecting and filing necessary documentation
- Assist HR team with COVID-19 protocols and safety measure
- Assist our Indiana payroll location with weekly payroll processing and documentation
- Communicate with Plant Managers
Required Skills & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent,
- Excel and Microsoft Office experience a plus
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Prior office experience in reception, payroll, HR or similar role helpful
- Bilingual a plus
