Office Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and field members.
- Provides assistance to the owner and other managers as needed.
- Handles various accounts receivable and account payable responsibilities.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors
- Ensure efficient operation of office systems, such as phone systems and computer networks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Courteous and polite with employees and customers.
- Supervise office clerks and support staff with a hands on approach
- Coordinate with customers/ adjusters and insurance companies.

Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Review restoration files and billings daily
- Makes and maintains necessary contracts to keep files current
- Proficient in using office software, for insurance based systems
- Maintains and distributes minutes for sales, restoration department and production
- Ability to manage a team effectively and delegate tasks appropriately
