Office Manager

Salary: $40 – 46K

Reports to: General manager and owners

Minimum Requirements:

 Become proficient in EZ Facility software, process cash receipts, credit card and club

charge sales, make bank deposits

 Proficient in use of Microsoft word and excel.

 Schedule staffing.

 Manage membership accounts including tracking expiration dates, billing and collection

of membership fees and maintaining membership data base.

 POS management, maintain inventory and price control

 Bi-weekly calculation of employee hours worked and send to payroll processor.

 Provide administrative support for registered and non-registered tournament shoots.

Update Scorechaser, database, payments, etc.

 Must be able to lift 25#.

 Good communicator with customers, staff and owners.

 A motivated self-starter with strong time-management abilities.

 Handle multiple projects at one time and meet deadlines.

 Coordinate and post to social media accounts.

 Work with website provider and keep website up to date.

 Demonstrated ability to problem solve.

 Record of excellent attendance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
